'Four Minute H.I.I.T. Fat Loss Workouts'


High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) can be a great fat loss tool if you are looking for maximum fat burn in minimum time. 

Multiple research studies have shown that HIIT is extrememly effecitve to help you burn fat with short (as short as 4 minutes), intense workouts (these workouts are no walk in the park - they are brutally hard and that is why they are effective).

While I firmly believe that you should also do longer strength training workouts and cardio workouts these 4-minute HIIT workouts are great if life gets busy and you still want to achieve maximum fat loss results. 

Don't let anyone tell you that you can get extremely lean by ONLY doing these workouts though, it is a great complimentary tool to further bolster the results of your other workouts. 

I use these workouts during busy work days and as perfectly brutal 'back-up' workouts.
