Abs in a Can? (video)

By kyle On November 24, 2010 No Comments

I was flipping through Yahoo News this morning and came across a Video headline that caught my attention.  The title of the piece was called “Abs In a Can”  – (catchy and grabs your attention ehh?).

Do you know the secret the “Six Pack Fairy” uses to  “enhance” her celebrity clients abdominal muscles?

watch this video (kinda funny)…

Now,

the truth of this matter is that  this little make up trick won’t burn fat, reduce your waistline, or give you that chisseled tummy you want.

sorry…it just won’t…

If you REALLY want abs, first of  all, you have to practice the  “push away” exercise (push yourself away from the dinner table before  you eat too much all the time – Thanksgiving Dinner excluded of course)… Click here to continue reading

By kyle On October 20, 2010 No Comments

Get Off Your ButHey Friend,

I am happy to say that I have come to know the man you are about to watch in the video below and he is one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life.  His name is Sean Stephenson and he is 3 Feet Tall (but a giant of a man)…

He is a personal friend, one of my coaches, and a great example of how to truly live life…

I first learned about him when my good friends Tellman and Jodi were married by Sean on Richard Branson’s Necker Island…  I went and read Sean’s excellent book called “Get Off Your But” (a great read).

Anyway, I guarantee this video will help you burn a couple calories, reduce stress, and put a smile on

Author of “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle
Why do you always hear that 2 pounds per week is the maximum amount of fat you should safely lose? If you train really hard while watching calories closely shouldn’t you be able to lose more fat without losing muscle or damaging your health?

Tom Venuto On “How To Challenge Limiting Beliefs”

By kyle On January 20, 2009 No Comments

2009 has certainly started off with a bang.

My buddy and fat loss expert Tom Venuto has been extremely busy with the launch of his new book “The Body Fat Solution”

(www.TheBodyFatSolution.com), and has been on the radio nearly every day this month, helping people with New Year’s goals,

talking about why typical “diets” only make you fatter in the long term.

Most recently he’s been talking about how a recession can make you fat and what do do about it (more on that in an upcoming fat

loss tips, but for now, let’s just say that it’s more important than EVER during these challenging times to take care of your

health as your first priority).

Amidst all the busyness, he’s been hanging out in his Inner Circle fat loss community almost every day helping his members get

off to a FLYING start, making progress towards their 2009 fat loss goals.

For today’s fat loss tip, Tom was

What Does 2009 Hold For YOU? You Want It, You Take It, You Pay The Price….

By kyle On December 30, 2008 No Comments

2009 is just days away and a new year

is about to be presented to you…

Yours for the taking,

A blank slate to which you can mold

and shape to your heart’s desires…

2008 will soon be a memory and you

can leave this past year in the past

and move forward with lessons learned…

So let me ask you,

What will you look like three months

from now?

How do you want to feel about your body

at the end of 2009?

Really think about it…savor it…

It’s yours for the taking my friend and

I hope that you will use 2008 as a stepping stone to the most amazing year of your life to date – 2009 is upon us…

A quote that I am fond of is:

“You want it, you take it, you pay the price.”

(Bruce Springsteen)

Your dreams and desires are there for the taking…

You only need to reach out and grab them, claim them as yours and then pay the price.

Yes,

It

Accountability has a way of motivating me into action. Just knowing that someone is going to ask me about my progress with “X Goal” is enough to keep a fire going, and ensure that I stay on track.

Here are three tips for maximizing the power of accountability.

1. Just Do It – Find a way, any way, to keep yourself accountable. I think the best way is by having a close friend, or co-worker, to check in with from time to time. Set aside a time each week, or every day, to meet with your accountability partner and review your progress. It doesn’t have to be anything
