espresso shots, sandbags, and tennis elbow (video)

A couple minutes ago I was sitting here, sipping an Espresso, watching a KILLER VIDEO on some really innovative fat loss circuit training workouts with a ‘unique’ piece of training equipment that I have been using for years.

Some of these exercises I have never even seen before and I have seen my fair share of crazy exercises. 

Anway,

The reason I wanted to share this unique training tool with you today is because I used it a LOT during my last workout due to a training injury I am battling right now (the dreaded Lateral Epicondilitis, otherwise known as ‘Tennis Elbow’)

I was fortunate enough to recieve a pre-view copy of Tom Venuto’s new book ‘The Body Fat Solution’ and having read Tom’s e-book “Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle’ repeatedly I was not sure what Tom was going to cover in his new book.

Tom is a personal friend and I work closely with him and I was anxious to read his new work.  I have admired and respected Tom since I first stumbled across his writings and have always felt that he was one of the “good guys” (you and I know there are plenty of people out there claiming to have the cure for your fat loss woes but Tom is one of the few that delivers on his promises).

Howdy,

I was reading Tom Venuto’s New Hardcover book this moring at the Gym while doing morning cardio on the stationary bike and came across a great quote I wanted to share with you.

This one quote basically sums up in concise paragraph EXACTLY what it takes to improve your fat burning and get super lean.

Most fitness conscious people have heard that there are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat, so if you create a deficit of 3500 calories in a week, you lose a pound of weight. If you create a deficit of 7000 calories in a week, you lose two pounds, and so on. Right? Well, not so fast…

Tom Venuto Shares The Quad Blaster With Adam Waters – Super Funny!

Howdy,

I was just e-mailing back and forth with my buddy Tom Venuto and he gave me a link to a video and said that I “had to watch this!”

Tom is a champion bodybuilder and fat loss expert so I thought I would check it out.
