Never shop without a list. This is probably the most important tip out of my top 20 tips.
  
A list will “help you avoid impulse purchases of foods you don’t need.”  Dieticians estimate that 40 percent of supermarket purchases are made on impulse. According to best selling food author and NYU professor Marion Nestle, 70 percent of shoppers bring lists into the supermarket, but only about 10 percent stick
to them.

Developing a standard list of foods to replenish weekly will save you money by avoiding purchasing an excess of food that might spoil and go to waste. It will also help you avoid impulse purchases of
foods you didn’t need.

By the way, planning your shopping can also help you avoid unnecessary trips to the store, which saves you time as well as gas money!

 I have two of Josh Henkin’s Ultimate Sandbags in my basement and I use them often in my home gym and outdoor training. 

Training with sandbags is challenging on the abs, core, grip, and EVERYTHING for that matter and doing these Sandbag Complexes that Josh mentioned in the video are great for fat loss!

Performing a series of multi-joint, sandbag exercises like cleans, snatches, squats, lunges, presses, zercher goodmornings, etc will activate muscles all over your body and burn a lot of calories in a short period of time. 

That’s why I love short, intense Sandbag Complexes for for fat loss.   

No one needs a Sandbag to do these complexes, you can certainly do these complexes with Dumbbells and even a barbell but a great way to keep your muscles guessing is to work Sanbags into the your training arsenal!

3 Reasons I Am Taking Action RIGHT NOW - And Advice On How You Can Do The Same…

So I was sitting around a camp fire at my buddy’s Lake House this past weekend with my wife and a bunch of other friends,

We were shooting the breeze and talking about a Caribean Cruise that we were all taking this upcoming November…

One of my friends mentioned that they wanted to get into “killer shape” before
the upcoming tropical trip.

As soon as they said that the gears started turning in my head…

Here’s what I said to the group, “Hey guys, what do you think about having a little competition to see who can get into the best shape before the cruise?”

“We can all throw $100 into the pot and the winner takes all.”
 
I had them hooked,

We drew up the rules right there, all weighed in that day and took some other tests, and the competition was on!

So,

I am taking MASSIVE ACTION to achieve my goals right now.
 
Here are my three reasons:

1.  I want to win the pot of money because it will basically pay for my cruise and more importantly so that I have ‘bragging rights’ within my group of friends… :)

2.  I want to be in killer shape before the cruise

3.  I recently was hanging out with a friend of mine, Rob Poulos, who told me about how he and his two children almost DIED in a car accident and his story made me want to take massive immediate action.

Let me tell you,

If you want to make a serious change in your physique and have problems with motivation then I suggest that you set up some ‘artificial’ circumstances that put you on the line:

ie. A Competition…

You can create one yourself like I did with a small circle of friends or you can take advantage of my buddy Rob’s killer offer
