One of the most important factors for fat loss success is making training enjoyable. Losing fat is hard work and can seem daunting at first, but having a little bit of fun will encourage you to stick with it. The exercises are: rock-its, swings, cleans to order, arm casts, swipes, inside/outside pendulums, shield casts, and one-arm mills.
