As you may know, today is Earth Day.

In honor of Mother Nature I took my workout outdoors today.

I brought a Clubbell and a couple kettlebells and had an awesome workout in the sun.

I did the following workout:

-Joint Mobility for 5 minutes
-Bodyweight Circuit (3 times through):
-> Bodyweight Squats X 10
-> “T”-Push-Ups x 10 each side
-> Jumping Jacks (30 sec)
-> Alternating Lunges x 10 each side
-> Squat Jumps x 10
-> Raked up my lawn for 5 minutes (let’s hear it for multitasking!)

-Clubbell Swings to ‘order’ 2 x 6 each arm -Clubbell Swing with Lunge combo 2 x 5 each side -Clubbell Shoulder Monility 2 x 6 each direction

-Kettlebell Snatches 3 x 6 each arm
-Kettlebell Clean/Front Squat/Push Press 3 x 6 each side -Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups 2 x 6 each side -Went for a 15-minute walk around my neighborhood with my English Bulldog Noble and we picked up trash off the ground.

There you have it.

That was my Earth Day outdoor workout.

I encourage you to get outside even if it is only for a few minutes to thank Mother Nature for this beautiful planet and to get in a great workout while you are at it.
