My English Bulldog ‘Noble’ LOVES 7 Minute (Or Shorter) Workouts!

Howdy,
I have a video of my ‘English Bully’ and one of her “workouts”…
She’s not much of a long workout kinda gal (two laps around our neighborhood tuckers her right out).
Noble is more of a ‘fast-twitch’ athlete and likes plyometrics, resistance training (by playing tug of war with Dad), sprint repeats (chasing her Kong toy down the hallway after I throw it),… and other high-intensity, short duration workouts…
