You can try this quick joint mobility routine sitting right here at the computer. This is a great way to decompress the joints in your neck and wash them with lubrication after you have been sitting for extended periods of time. It’s low-tech, but with a high payoff!

The one thing to keep in mind is not to move into pain. A little bit of discomfort is ok, but pain should be avoided. If you’ve never done something like this before, be especially careful on the lateral exercises. Try it out:
